4.1 Pricing: Our services are offered on a subscription basis with monthly billing. Pricing is as follows:
4.2 Payment: You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription. Payments are processed automatically on a monthly basis. We accept major credit cards and ACH transfers.
4.3 Refunds: We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 90 days, you may request a full refund. After 90 days, no refunds will be issued for partial months.
4.4 Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days' written notice. Your service will continue until the end of the billing period.

All content, software, and technology provided by Artful Automation are our exclusive property and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
You retain ownership of all data you provide to our platform, including customer information, call recordings, and business data. We will not use your data for purposes other than providing our services, as described in our Privacy Policy.
8.1 Uptime: We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.
8.2 Support: We provide email and phone support during business hours (Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM EST). Growth and Enterprise plans include priority support.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
14.1 Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Artful Automation.
14.2 Severability: If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
14.3 Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right.
